Just wanted to thank Tommaso for setting this up for us.  We had been in Lucca for a month but had to return to the states on an emergency.  Had contacted a few local companies but only one was not only quick on response, but very fair in pricing for my wife and me.  Stefano was our driver, was right on time at our apartment and safely got us to our airport hotel so we could fly out the next day.  It is so nice to have trust in any vendor when you are faced with a sudden event and can say that you will not go wrong in choosing Autoservizi DB Tuscany for whatever you might need in the area. A great guide/driver Raffaello who provided excellent information about the winery, the surrounding area, and the secrets of Lucca. Fantastic on-site service and perfectly matched wines and appetizers. Fin dal primo momento ho trovato grande professionalità e disponibilità, ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l’attenzione umana durante tutto il servizio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Marco, che è stato semplicemente fantastico: puntuale, gentilissimo e sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Durante il viaggio ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio, creando un’atmosfera divertente  e piacevole, e aggiungendo anche quel tocco in più con consigli e curiosità sul territorio. I mezzi sono comodi e ben tenuti, e l’organizzazione è impeccabile. Si vede chiaramente che c’è passione per il proprio lavoro. È stata un'esperienza a dir poco INDIMENTICABILE! Sin dall'inizio ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie da Raffaele (Lele) che ci ha illustrato, con tutta la sua contagiosa simpatia ed energia, il tour. Poi è stato Marco ad accompagnarci e a farci da guida in tutto e per tutto. Professionale, carismatico e super preparato, non avremmo veramente potuto chiedere di meglio.
